Total HR Solutions was founded by Tracee L. Hunt, President and has its headquarters in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. It was in response to a recognized need nationally for small to mid-sized companies across all industries, both for profit and not-for-profit to have access to strategic Human Resources and Benefits strategies. Total HR further recognized the need for larger organizations to partner with outside consultants to meet organizational objectives. Total HR provides strategies to meet each organization’s unique business needs.

Total HR Solutions specializes in aligning people strategies to business goals and objectives through end-to-end HR programs and services. While many small businesses are unable to justify the cost and resources required to have a senior HR person on their staff, they recognize the value HR can bring to the employees of their organization. Tracee is the lead HR strategist and mentors both internal and external consultants in providing HR solutions that are data driven, bottom-line focused and with a personal touch. Additionally, she has a reputation in the region for her community focus through Board participation and her commitment to the workforce system as it relates to employer engagement endeavors.

Along with Tracee L. Hunt, Total HR Solutions is comprised of Total HR Solutions staff, as well as various strategic alliances to meet the unique needs of the businesses that we partner with. She, along with her strategic partners, possesses a vast knowledge of multi-state HR laws and practices.
